    New Rochelle is getting in the Holiday Spirit and pulling out all the stops for all ages with this festive Holiday Market in a charming winter village setting at the bustling New Rochelle Train Station!

    Location: New Rochelle Train Station

    Holiday Market Dates/Times:
    - November 24 - November 26, 2023 (12pm - 8pm)
    - November 27 - December 17, 2023 (12-8pm weekends and 4-8pm weekdays)

    All are welcome to apply!

    The New Rochelle Holiday market provides special opportunities for economic growth to MWBE businesses (Minority & Women-Owned Business Enterprises) with a focus on New Rochelle businesses, makers, and entrepreneurs.

    Makers/businesses selected for the holiday market will have individual, outdoor spaces provided with heater, light, public wi-fi, and electricity.

    NO LATE APPLICATIONS. NO EXCEPTIONS.

    If selected there is $300 deposit due August 31, 2023.

    New Rochelle Residents/businesses: If guidelines are met (showing up all times selected and abiding by contract), all of the deposit is returned.

    Non-New Rochelle Residents/businesses: If guidelines are met (showing up all times selected and abiding by contract), 50% ($150) of the deposit is returned.



    The market begins Friday, November 24, 2023 at 4pm and ends Sunday, December 17.

    Opening weekend:
    Friday, November 24 - Sunday, November 26: 12pm-8pm

    Monday, November 27 - Sunday, December 17:
    Monday - Friday 4pm-8pm, Saturday and Sunday 12pm-8pm

    Each space will contain:

    - A heater

    - Lighting

    - Access to public wi-fi

    - An electrical outlet with 20 amps of power

    Additional details:

    - Usable space inside the booth is approximately 9 feet by 7 feet deep.

    - There will be a wood floor that you can cover with a rug or panels.

    - Each booth will have an individual lock clip. Vendors will need to provide their own lock.

    - Extra lighting, table, displays, chairs, will be needed.

    - Even though a heater and shelter will be provided, this is an outdoor market and you will need to dress appropriately.

    - Free parking for vendors will be provided inside the Transit garage.



    Makers selected to begin the first week of the market will be allowed to start setting up Monday, November 20 through Wednesday, November 22.

    If you are only selected for the week of Friday, November 24 - Wednesday, November 29, breakdown will be after 8pm on Wednesday, November 29.

    If you are selected for week 2 only, you will set up between 8am and 3pm Thursday, November 30 and break down Wednesday, December 6, after 8pm.

    If you are selected for week 3 only, you will set up Thursday, December 7 between 8am and 3pm and break down Sunday, December 17 after 8pm.

    All vendors must vacate their space on Sunday, December 17.



    All vendors that apply will be notified of their status no later than July 31, 2023.



    New Rochelle Holiday Market is looking to provide the most enjoyable, unique, family-fun local shopping experience around.

    Our goal is to provide a diverse array of handmade items and showcase local businesses in the area. Whether you are just starting out or are already a well established business, we encourage you to apply.

    Every application received by June 26 will be reviewed by the selection committee and invitation recommendations will be made.

    Because we want all selected vendors to be successful, there will be no more than 20% of a certain category at the market (For example, if there were 50 vendors, we would not have more than 10 candle makers).

    No vendors that sell dupes or fakes will be accepted. Preference will be given to artisan made and local owned businesses.



    You can request to be part of 1, 2, or all 3 weeks.



    We love that you had such a great experience in past years that you want to come back. However, just because you were accepted at past markets does not guarantee an invitation. Our goal is to make sure we have a diverse selection of items to buy.



    All selected vendors will be required to:

    - Be open for business during all market hours.

    - Collect and pay all city, county, state, and federal taxes.

    - Provide an insurance certificate. If you don't have one, resources for this will be provided.

    - Keep individual space clean and presentable.

    - Promote to your personal networks and customers about your participation with the market.

    - Attend the maker mixer/vendor space set up work shop.

    Yes, vendor spaces can be shared, however, both vendors must apply and be selected.
