  • HOME American Rescue Plan (HOME ARP)

The Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) has obligated approximately $1.5 million dollars in HOME American Rescue Plan (HOME ARP) funding to reduce homelessness and increase housing stability across the city.

As a resident of New Rochelle, your voice is an important part of this process and will help to determine how these funds can make an impact in the City. Your participation is completely voluntary and all of your responses will be kept confidential. No personally identifiable information will be associated with your responses.

Deadline to complete survey is July 15th.
